# Bybit.com (KYC)

Once verified, here is a simple step by step guide to setup the API connection for Bybit.

1. Make sure you transfer funds from your Spot account into your Contract account. Important: If your funds are not USDT, convert them to USDT.

2. Locate [‘API Management’](https://www.bybit.com/app/user/api-management) either in the search bar or under your ‘profile’

2. Create a new set of API Key and Secret.

Click 'Create New Key' and use 'System-generated API Keys'

4. Ensure your settings are checked appropriately (Click image below to enlarge).

5. Click 'Submit' when done. <br>
